Jeff attended Bemidji State University for law enforcement. He worked for McLeod County Sheriff's Department and continued his emergency education, becoming a full-time career firefighter/paramedic. He worked at North Memorial in the Twin Cities and for the Cloquet Area Fire District, and served as a tactical paramedic for SWAT. He started teaching fire, rescue, and EMS in the early 1990s, adding Hunter Education & Firearms Safety for the MN DNR in the late 1990s, and Permit to Carry and advanced firearms training in the early 2000s. Jeff is certified with MN DNR, USCCA, NRA, and is a member of the Firearms Trainers Association.

Alex is honorably discharged from the US Army National Guard, where he served as a Cavalry Scout for 7 1/2 years while advancing his firearms disciplines with several deployments and also serving as a range safety officer. He currently serves his community as a firefighter/EMT.

Thomas is currently serving his country with the US Coast Guard and advancing his firearms skills.

Michelle has a degree in education and helps with curriculum and record keeping.
